Burrata with Marinated Tomatoes & Peaches
This burrata platter with heirloom tomatoes and juicy peaches is summer on a plate—fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. The creamy burrata pairs perfectly with sweet peaches, tangy marinated tomatoes, a drizzle of hot honey, and plenty of crusty bread for soaking it all up!

marinated cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp fresh basil, oregano, and thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
for the platter
- 1-3 heirloom tomatoes sliced 1/4” thick
- 8 oz burrata
- 1-2 peaches sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves for garnish
- hot honey for drizzling
- sea salt
- Toasted bread or crostini for serving
In a large container, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Add cherry tomatoes and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Arrange marinated tomatoes and heirloom tomato slices on a serving platter, leaving space in the center for the burrata. Spoon extra marinade over the tomatoes.
Nestle peach slices throughout the platter to fill in gaps. Place the burrata in the center.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, drizzle with hot honey, and serve with toasted bread or crostini.

For a smaller platter, use 1 heirloom tomato + 1 peach.

For a larger platter, use 3 heirloom tomatoes + 2 peaches.

Swap peaches with nectarines if desired.
