Chopped Greek Grinder Sandwich

- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes sliced
- ½ English cucumber sliced
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncini
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 8 slices salami
- 4 slices turkey or ham
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- ⅓–½ cup tzatziki
- 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 4 hoagie rolls
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoncini, red onion, olives, salami, turkey, and provolone to a large cutting board. Using a large chef's knife, finely chop everything together until well combined.
Transfer the chopped mixture to a large bowl. Add the tzatziki, Greek seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and feta. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spoon the chopped Greek mixture into the hoagie rolls. Toast the rolls beforehand if desired, then serve immediately and enjoy!
